Home Healthcare

The goal of home healthcare is collaboration for good and safe care, as well as ensuring that patients feel secure and well-received.

District nurses/nurses work either during the day with area responsibility, in the evenings, or at night, where in addition to home healthcare patients, they also take responsibility for the social services' elderly homes and LSS group homes. They also work on behalf of 1177 and the palliative team.

Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for nurses for evening and/or night shifts, including weekend work. Our working hours start as early as 4:30 PM for evening work, making it a great opportunity to combine family, leisure, and work!

As a nurse in home healthcare, you will carry out planned and urgent interventions throughout Gotland. In addition to patient-facing work involving assessments, examinations, information, and advice, you also play an important role in collaboration with support staff.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with experience in the profession. It is an advantage if you have specialist training.

You are confident in making independent decisions and used to working closely with others. We work a lot in teams, which requires good collaboration skills. It is beneficial if you are relationship-oriented, and in your interactions with patients and colleagues, it is important that you are perceived as empathetic and attentive.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
